Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

Shipping Time:

Our standard shipping time is between 5 to 8 weeks, depending on your location. Once your order is placed, we will provide you with an exact shipping time.

On average, the shipping time are as follows: 
- USA West Coast: 6 Weeks
- USA East Coast: 8 Weeks
- SEA: 5 Weeks
- Australia & NZ: 5 Weeks
- Europe: 9 Weeks due to current geopolitical situation in Suez Canal.

Tracking Your Order:

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched. This allows you to monitor your delivery and prepare for its arrival.

Returns Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items is not being delivered as per agreed layout with our team, or selected layout and specs on our website or have a defect, you have a 14 days cancellation period upon reception of the item. Items need to be returned in their original packaging.
You also have a 3 days cancellation period without providing any reasons after placing the payment of your order as per the FTC guidelines.

Eligibility for Returns:

- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- The furniture must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Return Process:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team to initiate a return. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Prepare for Return: Ensure that the item is repackaged securely in its original box.
3. Return to Nearest Warehouse: Ship the item back to the nearest warehouse as instructed by our customer service team. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damages and Issues:

If your furniture arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Warranty:

All our Sofas and Tables are under 3 years warranty. Contact us at anytime with your invoice in case you need a replacement parts or have any questions.
